---  Basing the 1940's dating on the 1946 date on the parts price list.  Good compression but very sticky with old fuel oil (does pop as cylinder clears exhaust vent but hard to manually turn over, I had to add a few drops of lighter fluid into the exhaust to loosen the old fuel oil, it will need to be cleaned out, I made a few tiny marks on the retaining nut on the drive shaft).  NO BOX.  Does come with instructions, old decals, other paperwork including an old mail in "coin holder" (which has heavy dust shadow stains).    Comes with other parts, bolts/nuts, two small coils, clips, wires etc.  No idea on working condition of the coils.
