Description

The 7% Solution -  Deck is shown and shuffled.  An envelope is placed on the table.  A card is selected and 15 additional cards are placed in a pile on the table.  The selected card is mixed with the other 15 cards. 4 packets of 4 cards are formed and three eliminated. The remaining 3 are placed in a row and 3 eliminated.  The remaining card matches the card in the envelope.  You get the special deck and 4 pages of instructions.
