Stick vase is blown of green glass with a "Vertical Optic Panel" decor pattern through out.
The rim is c
ut rim with no pontil mark on the colourless applied base.
5-1/2" tall. The rim is 3/4" diameter. The applied base is 2-3/8" diameter.
Possibly Loetz, or Moser. Not signed.
Wooden base is not included.
