regarding USPS performance being not quite up to spec:
In 2020, USPS failed to achieve higher than 38% on-time delivery.
This is a USPS 'fail' which eBay sellers and eBay have no power to rectify.
This failing falls on the shoulders of US Postmaster Louis DeJoy.
DeJoy created the delivery delay, particularly with first class mail service
and has apparently made it even worse for 2021.
This means everyone involved needs to exercise extreme patience as the USPS may take an inordinate amount of time to deliver mail.
I will mail this piece ASAP using First Class Letter Service
Media Mail.
Be prepared for the potential that Mr. DeJoy might delay delivery.
All eBay buyers and sellers in the US are being affected by this.
