Paid Orders:
Ship Within 1 Business Day, unless stated otherwise or during natural disasters, internet outages, acts of God!

Item Condition:
You agree to use our photos to develop "your own opinion" on item condition and ask questions if in doubt. Remember any condition statement that is given by me is done so only as a courtesy and is just my opinion, other opinions may differ. Items may display the normal aging or wear associated with use and storage of an authentic vintage piece. All items are sold AS IS - AS SEEN and may not include items in the pictures background as they may be items used to help better understand the product, its' size and/or its' use.
30 Day Returns Accepted:
Seller pays return shipping on domestic orders. Buyer pays 20% re-stocking fee.
Magic & Used Items:
Understand vintage, pre-owned or even old new stock may need some TLC, touch up paint, tape, threads, springs, new rubber-bands, glue, creativity, and could be missing parts, etc. so please know what you are ordering and review all photos as what you see is what you will receive.
New Items:
My new items are mostly old stock, some only opened for photos and others still sealed and sold as packaged.
Electronic Items:
Come with No Guarantee To Work even if we have tested the item and it appears to be working before it was shipped. Electrical items are sometimes finicky and I am not an electronics person. But, that being said I still except returns on electronics as long as buyer agrees to pay return shipping plus my 20% re-stocking fee.
Typos:
Sometimes in the rush of things mistakes do occur in text and even photos. I reserve the right to to make corrections on what should have been obvious errors that we could have caught. We want you to be happy, however, we reserve the right to revoke any offers and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, typographical and graphic errors, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability, or your overall order.

It's taken me oa lifetime as a professional magician to build my collection and it's a joy finding others doing the same. It's been a good investment too, as I have found quality magic appreciates well.

Remember any condition statement is given as a courtesy. All vintage or old items should be considered used even though several may be in very good to mint condition or even OLD "new stock" never opened or only opened for photos.
